With so many bikes in the garage, fellow bikers were often shocked to hear I didn’t own a single road bike. That had to change to get my training done. I added a road bike and eventually a Canyon Speedmax tri bike.
Week 2 was all about building the diclipline of my new ruitine.
1500-meter swim on Tuesday and Thursday,
3-mile run on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday,
30 to 45-minute bike ride on Thursday and Saturday, and
cross training on Wednesday and Friday.
